Thaneite wins district bodybuilding title
Lakshmikant Mhatre of Durgamata Vyamshala was adjudged as the title winner in the Thane district-level bodybuilding tournament that was organised recently.
In the event, Jitendra Dhone of GK Health Centre won the best body exhibitor, while Sanjay Bhatia of Life Gym won the best upcoming talent award.
With 24 points, Sfurti Vyayamshala won the team championship and Kanvinde Vyayamshala ended up as runners-up. Around 63 bodybuilders took part in this tournament.
