The best way to loose weight is to focus on effective and natural weight loss through a reduction in calories and increase in physical activity; this guidance is rarely ever listened too. If it were that simple, which it should be, most slimming companies would be out of business; with the number of overweight American citizens increasing, this advice obviously doesn't work.
